HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Haven Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Providence, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
