HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Corner Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
