HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Iron Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
