HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Mill Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
