HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Wichita region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
