HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Amber Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Buffalo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
