HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Clear Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
