HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Forge Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
