HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Medical designs and makes medical devices in Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
