HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Ember Staffing is a Detroit staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
