HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Willow Financial serves customers across Madison with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
