HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Cross Legal Group is a law firm in Louisville serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
