HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
