HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Junction Property Management is a Honolulu property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
