HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Rook Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 610 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
