HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Pine Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
