HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Iron Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 219 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
