HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Facilities Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
