HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Inspection Services is an inspection company in Chicago with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
