HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cedar Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
