HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Keystone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We invest in training. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
