HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Field Press Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
