HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Loom Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
