HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pike Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
