HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Clear Civic Services supports public agencies in Miami with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
