HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Basin Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
