HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit West Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
