HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Rook Financial is a financial-services company in Chicago, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
