HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Keystone Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
