HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Mill Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
