HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Honolulu, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
