HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook River Financial Group serves customers across Denver with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
