HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Bright Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Nashville plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
