HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Clear Care Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
