HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
