HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Vista Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
