HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Seattle, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
