HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in Baltimore with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
