HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Insurance Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
