HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Glen Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
