HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Silverline River Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Madison plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
