HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Drift Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
