HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Ashton Foods is a Raleigh food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
