HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Vista Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
