HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Junction Markets Group is a Tucson retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
