HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
