HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
