HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Bright Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
