HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Wren Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
