HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Granite Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
